it's another morning in amberlough, and the city's beginning to wake up for the day; aristide has put on some music on the record player, and every so often he turns a page in the newspaper he's reading through. cyril has only just staggered out of bed himself, and, though he knows he shouldn't, is treating himself to a cigarette to wake him up for the day. that doesn't stop him from occasionally stealing a sip from aristide's expensive coffee.
