Wedding at the Spring Court
Having fought and died under the mountain, only to be brought back as High Fae, Feyre returns to the Spring Court to be wed. This is what she always wanted, to be happy with the man she tore her soul apart for, but a peaceful life seems to be just out of her reach. With terrible nightmares dragging her away from sleep, an unwanted bargain with an irritating High Lord, and her soon to be husbands increasingly tight grip, Feyre's barley staying afloat. And as Feyre takes those final steps to becoming Lady of the Spring Court, she realizes just how broken she is. Between the steps of her feet, the rustling of her gown, and the beat of her broken heart, to the guests hushed wishers of speculation, Feyre's walk down the aisle is anything but joyous.
